We build one tumbler and stand behind it. If a manufacturing defect shows up in the first year, we replace it — simply and for free.

What's covered
For one year from delivery, we cover any fault that comes from how the tumbler was made, including:
- Failure of the double-wall vacuum seal — for example, the outside sweating or drinks losing temperature far sooner than the rated 24 hours cold / 12 hours hot.
- Defects in the 18/8 stainless steel body, such as pinhole leaks or seams that separate.
- Lid or handle faults under normal use — a gasket that won't seal, a hinge that fails, a handle that loosens on its own.
- Powder-coat finish that flakes or peels without impact or abuse.
What's not covered
The warranty protects against defects, not the ordinary life of a well-used mug:
- Cosmetic wear from everyday use — light scratches, scuffs, and fading from years of loyal service.
- Damage from drops, dents, or misuse, including freezing, microwaving, or filling with boiling liquid.
- Damage from harsh cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers (see care & cleaning).
- Lost tumblers or items bought from unauthorized resellers.
A little care goes a long way. Most issues we see trace back to the freezer, the microwave, or steel wool. Follow the care guide and your tumbler should outlast the warranty by years.
How to make a claim

- Get a replacementOnce approved, we ship a new tumbler free. In most cases you won't need to return the original.
No registration is required — your order confirmation is your proof of purchase. Keep that email handy and you're covered.
Warranty questions
Do I need to register my tumbler?
No. Your order confirmation email is all the proof we need. Just keep it, and reference your order number if you ever file a claim.
Does the warranty transfer if I gift it?
The warranty stays with the original order. If you're gifting a tumbler, forward the order confirmation to the recipient so they can claim if needed.
Will I have to pay for the replacement's shipping?
No. Approved warranty replacements ship free within the U.S.
What if my issue appears after a year?
Reach out anyway. The formal warranty is 12 months, but we care about the product lasting and will always try to help.
