Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum, no code needed.
Dispatched in 1–2 days
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one to two business days.

Not the ritual you hoped for? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Processing time
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll get an email the moment your order is confirmed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Delivery estimate
- Standard U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping cost: free on all U.S. orders.
- Delivery windows are estimates — carrier volume and weather can add a day or two, especially around holidays.
Tracking your order
Your dispatch email includes a live tracking link. If it's been more than two business days and you haven't seen it, check your spam folder, then reach out and we'll resend it.
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and want a tumbler, email us — we're expanding and will let you know the moment we reach you.
Returns & refunds
We want the tumbler to earn its place on your counter. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email usWrite to payments@dermgentle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack it upPlace the tumbler and lid back in their original box if you still have it — any protective packaging is fine.
- Ship it backWe'll email you the return address and next steps within one business day.
When you'll be refunded
Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we issue your refund to the original PayPal account within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
The fine print
- Items should be returned clean and in resaleable condition. Normal light use is fine — we're reasonable.
- Original shipping was free; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Arrived damaged or faulty? That's on us — see the warranty page and we'll replace it free.
Common questions
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum spend.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us right away and we'll update or cancel it. Once it's handed to the carrier, treat it as a return.
My tumbler arrived damaged. What now?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged one first.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — U.S. only for now. Email us if you'd like to be notified when we expand to your country.
