Body
Dishwasher-safe. Top rack recommended to keep the powder-coat finish flawless.
Lid
Hand-wash the clear Tritan flip lid in warm, soapy water and air-dry fully.
Seal
Never microwave, freeze, or boil the tumbler — extreme heat can damage the vacuum.
Before your first sip
Rinse the tumbler and lid with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then dry both completely. That's it — no seasoning, no soaking. Your tumbler ships food-safe and ready to fill.
Everyday cleaning
- The 18/8 stainless body is dishwasher-safe. For the longest-lasting finish, place it on the top rack and skip the heated-dry cycle.
- The clear flip lid should be hand-washed. Pop it apart at the silicone gasket, wash each piece, and let everything air-dry before reassembling.
- For a quick daily rinse, warm water, a drop of soap, and a bottle brush reach all the way to the base.
Keep it out of the freezer, microwave, oven, and boiling water. The double-wall vacuum is what keeps drinks cold for 24 hours — sudden temperature extremes are the one thing that can weaken it.
Deep clean, once a week
Coffee oils and drink mixes can leave a faint film over time. When water stops beading cleanly off the inside, give it a reset:
- Baking soda soakAdd a tablespoon of baking soda and fill with warm water. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
- Scrub gentlyUse a soft bottle brush — never steel wool or abrasive pads, which scratch the interior.
- Rinse & dryRinse thoroughly and dry upside-down so no moisture sits in the base.
For stubborn odors, a rinse of equal parts white vinegar and warm water, left five minutes, neutralizes almost anything.
Caring for the gasket
The silicone seal in the lid is removable so it can dry completely between uses — that prevents trapped moisture and keeps it leak-resistant. Rinse it whenever you deep-clean, and press it firmly back into its groove before the next pour.
